Important Notice!!
Effective Immediately concerning All Affected Layaways and Special Orders….
Due to the new laws going into effect on July 1, 2026 all affected layaways and special
orders MUST be picked up by or before June 30, 2026.
Affected items are any items that the new laws dictate that we can no longer sell after
June 30, 2026 of this year.
There are already significant delays with the State Police background check system; so,
keep that in mind as you make your plans, because if you come in on June 30, 2026 you
most likely will NOT be approved on that day.
Therefore, we are implementing new rules on affected special orders and layaways….
All affected special orders placed now and before June 30, 2026 must be picked up by June
30, 2026!
Any affected special orders or layaways not picked up by June 30, 2026 will have all payments and
items forfeited to Liberty Arms!
We hate implementing these policies, but nor can we be expected to be financially
responsible for these items if they are not picked up on time.
